Is the 5,000 AED deposit refundable?

Yes. It remains refundable until the contract is signed, the 20% down payment is paid, and CarDrop purchases the car in China. The deposit is credited toward the 20%.

What exactly am I reserving with the deposit?

You reserve the offer and get priority VIN assignment. You review the exact VIN and final terms before signing.

When will I see the VIN?

After deposit payment, account creation, and document submission. VIN offers are published within 3 business days after document submission.

Question 04

What happens if I reject the VIN offer?

Your reservation is closed and deposit refund is initiated to the original payment method.

Question 05

How long do refunds take?

Refund is initiated within 1 business day. Banks and card networks usually complete processing in 5-10 business days.

Question 06

Do I need an account to pay the deposit?

No. You can pay as a guest and create an account after payment to upload documents and track the reservation.

Does the deposit reduce the 20% down payment?

Yes. The 5,000 AED deposit is always credited toward the 20% down payment amount.

When does the deposit become non-refundable?

Only after all three conditions are met: contract is signed, 20% is paid, and CarDrop purchases the car in China.

What documents are required?

Emirates ID, Driving License, and Passport. Each file should be clear and fully readable.

Can I switch to a different car after paying deposit?
