Car Purchased In China
Once purchased on your behalf, deposit is no longer refundable.
When Deposit is Refunded
- You reject the VIN/offer assigned by CarDrop.
- CarDrop is unable to provide a suitable offer within the agreed timeframe.
- You cancel before the contract is signed.
- Any cancellation made before contract signing, completion of the 20% payment stage, and vehicle purchase in China.
When Deposit Becomes Non-Refundable
The deposit becomes non-refundable only when all three conditions below are met.
- 1The purchase contract is signed by the buyer.
- 2The 20% payment stage is completed.
- 3CarDrop has purchased the car in China on your behalf.
